The breakfast was good, however the employee was working harder and not smarter. Nice kid, but every person that came in to eat at the buffet didn't have silverware or napkins, so he would go into the kitchen and JUST get that person's silverware and/or napkin, or he only brought one or the other when someone needed both. Then the next person asked and he did the same, instead of going om bac and getting enough for many and keeping them behind the bar. He brought us 2 napkins and didn't bring the table next to us napkins so we gave them one and they tore it in half. We saw this for the 30 minutes while in the restaurant.

This is a first class hotel. You'll pay 2.5 times more and won't get a room or team as good as the Wyndham Avon. We were travelling across the country and could easily have spent more than just one night here. Loved it. Let me add.... other hotels reservations through Booking.com have all required a $100 deposit. The hotels that required this deposit have yet to return the money. This hotel DID NOT require a deposit and was the best of them all. This is your stop!!

The guy that worked overnight at the front desk was very nice! The room was unbelievable!!!!! I was so impressed I was taking pictures of it and sending it to my friends and family!!!!! The room was an absolute dream!!!! I didn't hear any noise when I was sleeping and actually slept until 11:00 a.m.!!!!! The shower was really nice I've never been in a shower like that!!! Looks like something you'd see in a magazine!!!!

Clean, comfortable & an all around nice hotel. Despite the massive storm that produced tornadoes the hotel did what they could for given the circumstances they were dealt. We did lose power for a couple days & unfortunately we had to find another hotel but they really did their best they could given the situation. Will definitely stay there again if we ever find ourselves traveling back to that area!!

Hotel was very nice and clean. Loved the lay out, the room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was a very nice size, great water pressure in the shower and the water was hot! Loved it! This is a big deal to me, so to find this done right in a new hotel, means this place gets bonus points with me! Bed was very comfortable and an excellent size!
